Identify imbalance in the heating system

In order to successfully and sustainably reduce energy consumption in a property, you have to work with many parts of the heating system, including the heat source and the radiators.

The energy flow through radiators is adapted to the needs of each specific apartment/office Some apartments/offices need more energy than others to maintain a desired indoor temperature. This depends on how the space is exposed to the weather and what activities are carried out there.

The heating system and radiators are adjusted when the property is built, but over time the performance deteriorates and an imbalance occurs.

Nrlyze Module Balance identifies imbalance in the heating system and how severe it is. For each space that is out of balance, the excess/undercapacity is reported. In properties with a large imbalance, this is remedied by adjusting the entire heating system including all radiators. In properties with limited imbalance, our technicians can restore balance through less extensive local measures.

Quick Facts:

Our algorithms analyze how well or poorly the heating system works in each individual apartment.

In order to make a precise analysis of the radiators’ function, behaviours and deviations such as extreme ventilation or other abnormal activity are identified.

In larger property portfolios, Balans identifies which properties need a full adjustment, which need limited local measures or which only need to optimize the control system.
