Privacy policy
This policy covers the personal data we collect through nrlyze.se, in practice the contact details you provide when you book a demo. If you are already a customer, the data processing agreement in your contract with us applies as well.

What data we collect
When you book a demo you provide an organisation name, an email address and a phone number. Those are the only details the form sends.
- The website uses no cookies, no visitor analytics and no tracking scripts.
- Our web server logs technical details about the visit, including IP address and time, for operations and security.
Why we process it, and the legal basis
We use the details to contact you about the demo and to prepare a possible agreement. The legal basis is steps prior to entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not add you to any newsletter unless you have consented to it.
Who gets access to the data
We never sell your details and we do not pass them on for anyone else’s marketing.
The form is submitted to a function we run ourselves at Amazon Web Services in Ireland, which emails the enquiry to us and a confirmation to you. The data never leaves the EU and is not sent to any external CRM or marketing tool.
The website is hosted on AWS Amplify Hosting (Amazon Web Services), which is the processor for the server logs and for the email described above.
How long we keep it
Contact details from a demo enquiry are kept for 24 months after our most recent contact and are then erased. If you become a customer, your contract with us applies instead, and details that form part of our accounts are kept for as long as the Swedish Accounting Act requires.
Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to request from us:
- access to the personal data we process about you,
- rectification of inaccurate data,
- erasure of your data,
- restriction of the processing,
- that we stop processing that rests on legitimate interest, if you object to it,
- that your data is transferred to you or to someone else (data portability).
Email info@nrlyze.se to exercise any of these rights. You do not need to give a reason to be removed from our customer register.
