The property’s control system tries to compensate the heating demand because the outside temperature varies. This takes place through a static translation between outdoor temperature and heating demand, which is called a heating curve.

The method works well when the heating curve is correct. But in majority of cases it is not calibrated, which gives rise to uneven indoor temperatures and a systematic waste of energy.

Nrlyze Optimize collects and analyzes large amounts of measurement data from the heating system and the indoor climate of the apartments. With advanced algorithms and AI, the settings in the heating system are identified and how they should be adjusted to achieve optimal performance.

In addition to creating a smoother and more pleasant indoor climate, energy consumption is normally reduced by between 5-10%. In some cases, the temperature variations are greater and then the potential can be even greater, up to 20%.

Our analysis platform works just as well with our own sensors as with those of others. If you already have connected sensors, we can integrate these into our analysis service. In this way, we create added value through an investment you have already made. And the optimization of the heating system will be just as good.

Having an unnecessarily high temperature inside when it is cold outside puts a heavy burden on the energy system. With Optimize you can choose which indoor temperature should be achieved at different outdoor temperatures. The large temperature difference between the inside and outside temperature on extremely cold days means that you do not experience the slightly cooler indoor temperature as cold. In this way, you can choose to be a few degrees cooler inside when it is extra cold outside.

If your control system is connected, we can the integrate it and automate the calibration. Data is then continuously by our analysis platform and the property’s control system. Continuous improvements are carried out and documented.
